Everything published on gelagggen.com follows the same process. Here it is in full, so you can hold us to it.

How we write about our product

1. Supportive wellness language only. We write that our formula is "formulated to support" an area of everyday wellness. We do not write that it treats, cures or fixes anything.
2. No disease claims, ever. An absolute rule on every page, in every format, including our blog.
3. Every amount from the panel. The thirteen nutrient figures we publish are read from the printed Supplement Facts label, with their Daily Values, and we state plainly that the panel contains no collagen or hyaluronic acid.
4. The medical line comes early, not last. Where a topic touches a condition that needs a doctor, we say so near the top of the page rather than burying it in a footer.
5. Individual results vary, and we say it. Customer experiences are presented as individual experiences, never as expected outcomes.
6. External sources are official ones. Where we link out for health information we link to NIH, NIDDK, FDA, CDC, the American Heart Association and similar bodies — never to other supplement pages.
7. Every page is dated. Published and updated dates appear on every article, because guidance and pricing both change.
8. Review before publication. Wellness and safety language is reviewed by our medical reviewer before a page goes live.
9. Corrections are made openly. If we get something wrong we fix the page rather than quietly deleting it.
10. No manufactured urgency. No countdown timers, no fake stock counters, no invented scarcity anywhere on this site.

What our blog is for

Our blog is not a stream of product advertisements. Most of it is general guidance on skin, hair and nail health, nutrition and how to read a supplement label — including advice that will save you money on products that are not ours. We think that is the right way round: a reader who understands the category makes a better decision, whichever way that decision goes.

Where our product information comes from

Product facts on this site — serving size, bottle count, pricing, shipping and guarantee terms — come from our own product and our own checkout. Health and wellness context comes from the official sources linked throughout. Where we cannot verify something, we say so rather than filling the gap.
